Click "User Control Panel" on the upper right.

Click on Profile.

Click on "Edit Profile Pic". You can either upload a pic or link to a URL.

Ok, that sounds like greek to me. How to you upload a pic or link to a URL? Be specific, please. I don't see anything that says "Edit profile pics" so all my pics I want to use are too big. HELP
